**Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete a medical history form. If you are using a Gift Certificate, voucher or coupon you must bring it with you.**
ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE
Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form (new clients), change and prepare for the service. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged.
CANCELATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives the salon or spa enough time to fill the slot. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment Gift certificates/Living Social Vouchers may be forfeited for cancelations with less than 24 hours notice. Gift certificates/Living Social Vouchers will be forfeited for no shows. If you scheduled a same day appointment and must then cancel or reschedule, you will still be charged the full price of your scheduled service as it is less than 24 hours notice. I strictly adhere to the cancelation policy out of respect to our other clients
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
I regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged. Anything 15 minutes after time of service is to begin is considered to be a no show.
NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. Anything 15 minutes after time of service is to begin is considered to be a no show. It is important that massage therapists are compensated for reserved time slots
If a therapist/technician needs to change, or cancel an appointment as much advance notice as possible will be given.
You are responsible for your appointment when booked. As a courtesy, I attempt to confirm all appointments via email, text messaging and phone. You may communicate via text, email, and phone. All polices apply whether you get a reminder or not.
I ensure a healthful environment for all of our guests by maintaining a no-smoking policy.
I love the freedom cell phones give us and I also enjoy the freedom away from a phone while giving you a massage, so please turn off phones and beepers during the session.
Therapists may provide massage and bodywork for minors under 18 with parental consent.
