Oh how I have missed my clients and friends! I am so excited to get you all in and taken care of! We got the go-ahead to start taking clients on the May 16th,as long as the number in cases doesn't rise again...Things will for sure be different for a while. It will be an adjustment but it is in the best interest of everyone. I do ask you please be patient with me..

I will start taking clients the week of the May 18th! I will be doing less people per day, to keep up on sanitation, we can only allow people to get services in, no one can come with you. You must wait in your car. I will text or call you to come and get you for your service, But I'm excited to start back and take care of you!!! 

Changes-

We are operating with strict guidelines in order to reopen our salon. Some of the changes will include but are not limited to:

  • One scheduled client per service provider with no waiting room occupancy. 
  • Temperature scanner for each client before entering the establishment.
  • A sanitation station set up before entering the establishment.
  • Please bring a mask. Both of us will be required to wear one. It will be interesting working around a mask but we will get it figured out. Service providers would wear masks at all times.
  • Sneeze guards at front desk
  • All linens will be bagged up after each client until washed
  • There would be an observation personnel to make sure all of these new procedures would be followed and enforced.
  • Please do not bring in any food, drinks or water bottles, etc
  • Clients will have an option to have the window open in the room to get as much air circulation in the room as possible, adding a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) purifier to the space.
  • Touchless payment options- Cash App and Venmo are ways that you can make payment for services.

  • If payment is made by cash or check there will be an envelope provided for you to place payment inside.

Cancellation policy-

Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations.
